Sound and Kundalini Yoga are more than practices—they are my deepest passions- and profound tools for nervous system regulation, emotional release, and spiritual awakening.

Kundalini Yoga awakens vitality through the breath and subtle movements, stimulating the nervous system and preparing the mind for deep rest. When followed by a sound bath with Tibetan bowls tuned to the chakras, the frequencies travel through the body’s physical, emotional, and energetic layers—releasing tension, calming the mind, rebalancing the nervous system, and restoring inner coherence.

This journey invites you to let go of stress, dissolve stagnant energy, and reconnect with your essence. By combining breath, sound, and movement, you’ll experience not only relaxation but also a re-energizing of the mind, body, and spirit.

Arrival & Set-up at 6PM. The journey starts at 6h30
✨ Please bring:

• A yoga mat
• A blanket
• Water bottle
• 1–3 small pillows (for head/knee support and ultimate comfort)
• An eye mask (optional, but beautiful for deeper rest
