THE PROGRAM
🌞 1 hour of Vinyasa Yoga – Move your body under the morning sun with an energizing playlist and the fresh sea breeze.
🌊 Each week offers a unique experience: from dynamic flows to slow stretches, mindful movement, meditation or journaling—always inspired by nature and the energy of the group.
🌴 And for the brave ones… why not finish with a refreshing dip in the sea?


LANGUAGES
This class is taught in English, and I’m happy to guide in French as well if needed.
I’m perfectly bilingual (and actually speak four languages: English, French, German, and Dutch!)—everyone’s welcome, no matter your language.

On the beach in Carnon, at the lifeguard platform
(Right across from Chatenet Immobilier, 101 Av. Grassion Cibrand, 34130 Mauguio)
