RULES:
NAPA 9-ball Pro Rules with the following exceptions:
4/3 Race
Call the 9-ball
Flip or Lag for Break
Break your own Rack and Loser Breaks
9 on the Snap is NOT a win
9-ball rules with the following exceptions:
Racking: 1-ball at the top, the 9-ball in the center and the
2-ball at the rear point of the rack.
You can't cheese the 9-ball for the win.
You can, however, purposely pocket the 9-ball (by CALLING it) and keep shooting as long as you shoot the lowest numbered
ball on the table first. Spot the 9-ball immediately.
