Summer Sound - $25

Discover the calming and restorative effects of sound and leave feeling rejuvenated and more deeply connected to yourself. Come with an open heart and mind, prepare to let the soothing sounds wash over you and lead you to a state of relaxation.

Please come well hydrated and wear layers of loose comfortable clothing. A yoga mat, blanket and bolster will be provided.
