Join Jennifer as she leads you through guided meditation and gentle restorative yoga hosted by Mindful Garden in downtown Monticello!

Guided meditation: Find inner calm and quiet your mind with gentle guidance.

Gentle restorative yoga poses: Held in supported positions for extended periods, allowing your body to melt into deep relaxation.

No experience required. We have yoga mats to share.
