KMC Active FREE Community Workout

Join KMC Active for a free community workout and see what all the hype is about!

Each class will feature a 25 minute workout where you and a partner will do as many rounds of the following as possible:

- 500 M Row
- 50 Russian Kettlebell Swings
- 50 Box Step Ups

No registration required. All participants must sign a waiver upon arrival. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early.
