Hotel Helpfulness (Kirkwood for Kids: Elementary Careers)

Checking in! Have you ever stayed in a hotel before and wondered what goes on behind the scenes? In this class, you’ll meet real hotel workers and learn all about the exciting world of hospitality! Discover how hotels keep guests happy, from checking in to making sure everyone has a comfortable stay. You’ll learn about the different jobs that help make a hotel run smoothly and why customer service is so important. Become room service for a couple hours and help reset a room! It will be exciting and maybe you can use some tips on your next hotel stay!
