Open to all ages and abilities – a professionally timed run/walk through the park

River & Trail Triathlon at 8 am
presented by PT Solutions Physical Therapy
Ages 12-17 take on a multi-sport challenge: run, bike, and paddle

Lil' Tri at 9 am
presented by Montgomery, Prattville & Pike Road Pediatric Dentistry & Family Orthodontics
Ages 6-11 take on a kid-friendly triathlon: paddle, bike, and run

All racers are invited to Breakfast of Champions from 8-11 am.
