Session Times:
2:00–3:00 PM – 1st–2nd Grade
3:00–4:00 PM – 3rd–6th Grade
4:00–5:30 PM – 7th–9th Grade
6:00–7:30 PM – 10th–12th Grade

Athletes are separated by grade so training can be tailored to their level and development.

• Deceleration & Change of Direction
• Reactive Footwork
• Explosive Movement
• Competitive Finishers
