Join me for a day filled with workshops and creative art activities designed to foster intergenerational healing and connection.

• Meet representatives from community organizations and learn how to manage your mental and physical health

•Hands-on activities for all ages

• Free health screenings including blood pressure, vision and cholesterol

• Free wellness kits for the first 500 participants!
