Thanksgiving day session & day after

The Mysore room is where like-minded people come together to explore yoga and discover how the practice resonates within. Learning the sequence is the easy part — staying with the practice, however it looks and however it evolves, is the real work. We’re here to support you through all of it.

Thanksgiving and Friday Mysore sessions will be 7:30–9:30 AM, and Led Primary on Saturday is at 9 AM.
