Tantra is a path of awakening and exploration that helps us move out of ordinary states and into a sense of heightened awareness expanded sensation and mindfulness. Simple accessible practices can enhance the pleasure sensuality and satisfaction of your everyday experience.

This is not a lecture - we want you to experience something new and learn something about yourself.

Tantra uses the transformative power of breath mindful movement touch sound and meditation to move into deeper states of presence and cultivate joy and intimacy with self and the other. This allows us to live more fully and more consciously. In this session you will learn and discover about your ecstatic self and your energetic potential.

We will close our event with a puja which is a ceremony and ritual of reverence and offering. It is designed to open your heart and tune in to your own divinity and experience the divinity within others.
