Join us at Brookdale Park on Sunday, July 13 at 7:30 am for this special event to help fight hunger in Essex County. Meet at the Archery Field on the north side of the park next to Bellevue Avenue. Both runners and walkers are encouraged to attend and cover any distance. Water will be available and light refreshments will be provided. https://mendnj.org). The Essex Running Club is proud to be hosting Day 3 of the 10 Day Challenge again this year. MEND focuses on providing fresh and healthy food by supporting a network of over 20 food pantries located in Bloomfield, East Orange, Irvington, Maplewood, Montclair, Newark, Orange, South Orange, and West Orange.
This fun event is open to anyone whether you're looking for an easy / fun workout, in training for a fall marathon, or somewhere in between. Participants in the 10 Days of 10Ks Challenge from other parts of New Jersey will be joining us so please come ready to make new running friends and support them along our Montclair / Bloomfield streets! We are very excited to host them!
REGISTRATION: Please register for this event by making a donation using the link below. Suggested minimum donation is $10. Donations of $30 will receive a bright green MEND running shirt which can be picked up at the event.

PARKING: Parking is available along Bellevue Avenue next to the park, on side streets (Glenside Terrace or Woodmont Road) or in the park on West Circuit Drive.
