Chris will lead the evening with the powerful sounds of her gong, guiding you into deep relaxation where stress can release and your body and mind can reset. We’ll begin with a warm cup of cacao to help you ground and feel present. While in this calm space, Jennifer, a skilled Reiki practitioner, will share gentle, restorative energy to support rest, renewal, and fresh intentions for the season ahead.
