Camp SoulGrow: Workout Day at BodyTech Gym

Get ready to move with Camp SoulGrow at BodyTech Gym inside the Montauk Playhouse! We'll start with a tour of the gym and learn how the different machines and equipment work, then head into the gymnasium for a fun and active workout with BodyTech’s awesome trainers. It’s all about moving our bodies, learning how to stay healthy, and having a blast getting in shape together!!

FOR ALL KIDS AGES 7-12. Each child must secure their own registration spot.

Ages 13+ Volunteers receive Community Service Hours.
