We are able to accommodate gluten-free, dairy-free and vegetarian guests when pre-ordered. This experience will also allow guests to immerse themselves in our invigorating hot-cold circuit. This social experience allows you to unwind and detoxify while enhancing your circulation and promoting overall wellness. The timed circuit includes:
🔥Wood-fired Sauna: Rejuvenate your spirit in the soothing heat of the sauna, allowing your muscles to relax while you sweat out toxins.
💧Plunge Pool: Transition to the brisk plunge pool for a cold bath that energizes and refreshes.
♨️Aromatherapy Sauna: Enjoy this wet-dry sauna enhanced with soothing essential oils creating an aromatic steam that opens your pores and invites deep relaxation.
🪣Cold Buckets: Our cold bucket offers an alternative to the plunge pool to give your head and body a cool splash of water to energize and invigorate.
🛖 Yurt Chill Zone: Step into our wood heated Yoga Yurt and enjoy one of our cozy loungers or comfortable bolsters to rest, relax and integrate all of the benefits of the hot-cold circuit
