Science of the Body - Summer Camp for 5-12 y.o.

Introducing Science of the Body 🧠

By popular demand, STEAM PEI is bringing you a brand-new summer camp that explores the wonders of the human body through exciting science experiments and hands-on activities.

Each day campers will dive into a different system of the body:

✨ Day 1 focuses on the brain and nervous system with games and creative art projects.
✨ Day 2 is all about the digestive system and skin, plus they will learn about electricity using our Makey Makey kits.
✨ Day 3 explores the cardiovascular system as campers measure their own pulse rates and test a heart pump model.
✨ Day 4 tackles the skeletal and muscular systems with a build-your-own skeleton puzzle and an X-ray guessing game.
✨ Day 5 brings it all together with the respiratory system where campers will engineer a lung model and create a working hand prototype.

This camp is packed with fun and discovery while helping kids see science in action and understand how their amazing bodies work. Perfect for curious minds who love to learn through play.
