Thank you for you interest in participating in Old Cedar Campground TRUNK OR TREAT. The Trunk or Treat will run from 12 p.m. until 3 p.m. on Saturday, October 4th. Please arrive with your “decked-out trunk” no later than 11 a.m. to find your assigned parking space and prepare for the arrival of Trunk-or-Treaters at 12 p.m. Guidelines: Your trunk can be simple or elaborate…it’s up to you. Need some inspiration? Do a quick search of “Trunk or Treat” on the Internet and you’ll find dozens of photos that others have posted of their own annual event. The possibilities are endless.
When selecting treats for Trunk or Treaters, candy (pre-wrapped & sealed) is an obvious choice, but other favorites include pencils, pens, glow sticks, bracelets, bookmarks, stickers and fake tattoos. Short games encouraged, but not required. Please be prepared to accommodate approximately 150 children. Remember: • All car trunks and treats will be inspected before the event begins. • An adult must be with the vehicle throughout the event. • No political or religious advertising will be allowed.
This is our first Publicly open registration for Truck or Treat the campground. (Campers will given a parking spot if they wish to participate without this registration) This Year we can only Accommodate the first 50 Registered Trunks. Registration is only included for your "Trunk" car. So please be sure that all participants enter the camp in your vehicles. (no unregistered vehicle will be allowed)
We will be having a Contest for Best Decorated Trunk and Best Costume ( Adult and Child) So be ready to impress!!!
Thank you for reading this far.... Lastly, the safety of our children and campers, as well as the safety of you and your families are our top priority. PLEASE follow all posted sign as well as a speed limit of 5MPH while in the campground. (please be aware that in submitting this form you understand these rules and not following these rules could lead to OCC asking violators to leave camp premise) NO OUTSIDE PETS.
