TGIF Goat Yoga Experience

Part Yoga, Part Animal Therapy, and Part BEAUTIFUL views! Goat Yoga is about being in nature, connecting with loving animals and disconnecting from this crazy world we live. It’s so simple, but HIGHLY effective. No yoga experience is needed. In fact, you don’t even have to do yoga. You can just sit on your mat and snuggle a goat.

What We’ll Do: 30-Minutes of Goat Yoga Followed a 30-minute Goat Happy Hour, Farm Tour, Nature Walk and I’ll teach you how to be a goat shepherd! You can wander the farm and cuddle goats and soak in the views. BYO Beverages: We have the Bellfountain Country Store just down the road that has a HUGE walk-in cooler with Oregon Wine/Beer/NA Options that you can pop in before you get here. We are also Green Friendly!

Our venue is No Regrets Flower Farm & Animal Sanctuary in the Bellfountain Valley which is located between Eugene and Corvallis. Our events are held outdoors (weather permitting) or inside THE most amazing 130-year-old barn with 360-degree views of the Southern Willamette Valley.
