STOP THE CHILD ABUSE IN MONROE COUNTY SCHOOLS!

PLEASE join me at the Monroe county school board meeting this Tuesday to demand answers from them on how they handle situations of abuse by staff within the isd!

Meeting starts at 5pm, please don’t be late!

On 4/15 my non verbal 7 year old autistic child was abused by staff, he was smacked by an adult. In response the Monroe county isd waited 24 hours after getting the report, first contacting their lawyer before notifying his parents that a vulnerable non verbal child had been abused.

Their system of reporting needs to change immediately, parents need to be informed and able to make every decision if their child is abused while in the care of Monroe county isd.

PLEASE! Join us in letting them know the community is ready for this to be fixed and the culture of hiding abuse within the isd will no longer be tolerated by the community.
