Sound Healing is a therapeutic practice that uses sound vibrations to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being.

Sound Healing is based on the idea that sound vibrations can help harmonize the body and mind. The frequencies interact with the body's energy centers (chakras), to release tension, balance energy, and create a meditative state.

Delinda has completed extensive training in sound frequencies and specialized expertise in using the gongs..Delinda is also a certified Reiki Master and incorporates Reiki into her healing sessions, skillfully balancing energy and reconnecting the mind with the body.

What to bring:
We have everything you need however, if you would like to bring your own pillow, blanket, or mat this is about you and your comfort.
