Sound Bath & Guided meditation

This class will include a Yoga Nidra guided meditation and sound healing with Tibetan singing bowls. You will have the option to sit or be reclined on your back or side. Yoga mats, blankets, bolsters and a chair if requested will be provided. A sound bath has been found to facilitate deep relaxation in the body and mind, lower blood pressure, reduce the heart rate and eliciting a healing response. A great way to relax and renew!
