Betsy Thompson will guide you through a heart-centered meditation experience, enhanced with scent anchoring—a powerful technique that pairs breathwork with the therapeutic properties of essential oils to support nervous system regulation and emotional balance.

A 2mL dropper of your essential oil of choice (to use during the session and at home)
Yoga mat
