Hunting Dog Field Training

Join us for a field training day under the guidance of Professional Dog Trainer Cory Miller and accomplished Hunting Test Handler Anthony Williams.

This will be a fun day with the opportunity for group and 1 on 1 guidance with your dog to build toward your goals.

Guidance will be available for these principles:

Introduction to game
Introduction to gunfire
Developing a point
Introduction to flushing
Building steadiness
Marked retrieve


Equipment for training is provided. However, you should bring your leash.

Pizza will be provided for lunch at no cost.

Pigeons for training are available for 5$ to reimburse those providing them.

Note from the trainers:

It will be warm, bring plenty of water for your dogs.

MOST IMPORTANTLY: Dogs not under active instruction need to be controlled, either in their kennel or on leash.
