Navigating the changes of puberty can be a little "funky," but getting "fresh" with knowledge makes all the difference! Join us for a healthy body awareness workshop designed specifically for boys and girls. We'll explore the amazing changes happening in your body in a fun, informative, and comfortable environment, addressing everything from hygiene to emotional well-being. Come with your questions, leave with confidence!
