HEART Chakra - February Sound Healing

Join us Saturday morning, February 28th, for an hour of relaxing sound healing, a ‘bath’ of frequencies to cleanse and restore power to your energy centers. A combination of crystal singing bowls, tingshas, koshi chimes tuning forks resonating to heal layers of the Heart Chakra will be used in the session. This chakra governs emotional balance and relationships, and opens you up to holding more love, empathy and compassion. The Heart Chakra also supports the physical health of the heart, blood cells and circulation.

This hour long session will be at The Infinity Studio. There will be yoga mats and cushions available to use for comfort during the sound bath. (The yoga mat is just for comfort while sitting or laying down. This event does not include any yoga.)
