Monmouth Priory Gong & Sound Journey

Monmouth Priory gong and sound bath on Saturday 26th July at 7pm is bringing something a little extra this month following some advanced gong training! Are you ready?

Healing, relaxing and restorative, sound may enhance better sleep, reduce anxiety and stress levels and generally benefit you as the frequencies and vibrations move through your body, 'bathing' it in sounds created through the voice, gong, singing bowls, drum, monochord, percussion and bell like sounds.

I am taking August off as I am away busy with retreats, so this is your last one with me until September 13th.
