Come for a free walk & talk with our ecologist Sam Bosanquet, who will be looking at the grassland restoration here at Old Lands and the implications of air pollution on the project. There also be will be contributions from the graziers Alex & Emily Crawley, who work in partnership with Sam, and Dan Smith who is the latest addition to the farm cluster. After lunch, there will be a further walk, this time around New House Farm, run by Sarah Dusgate. She will be talking about her approach to land management, her herd and how she is using them to restore the ecosystems on her farm.
The 5-hour session will include a break of an hour for people to enjoy the packed lunch that they have brought with them.
Please book your tickets early, as we have a maximum of 25 per session.
