Classical Pilates with a Twist

This class is dedicated to the original Pilates Exercises with modifications, using small equipment. The class is designed for all levels of fitness as we delve deeply into the nuances of each exercise to maximise our strength, mobility and flexibility.

This class is Face to Face, with an online, live feed option via Zoom. There is an On-Demand portal option available after the live class.

Equipment must be purchased prior to class.
Classes are paid for up front in courses.

The summer term course of 11 weeks, is £110, or for the first half of term it is a 5 week course, £55 and for the second half of term it is a 6 week course, £66
