Now the founder of Team Training Group which is a consultancy that empowers mental wellbeing in the workplace and offers expert led compliance courses.

Ian also delivers impactful talks, specialist courses and champions for change in workplace mental health. To be advocates for those who are struggling with their mental health, we must first learn to be advocates for ourselves.

Get Kraken aims to reduce the digital divide in the region, by delivering digital skills in the form of webinars, workshops and 1-2-1 support. We are a local Databank, providing free access to the Internet for those in income-deprived areas.
