To celebrate the amazing start we've had at our brand new gym — with so many incredible new members (plus our loyal OG Fitness Fam from the previous location!) — we thought, why not host our very first event day?

And what better way to do that than with a retreat by the sea?

Here’s what’s in store: ✨ Warm-up workouts
🧘‍♀️ Pilates led by a certified instructor
🌬️ Guided breathwork session
🌊 Optional sea dip for the brave!
