Join us at LAT Wellness Studio for a fun and meaningful morning as we kick off the school year and support local kids in the SML community! 💪📓

We’re collecting school supply donations for Lake Christian Ministries, who will distribute them to students in need right here in our area. As a thank-you, everyone who donates will be entered into a raffle to win 8 FREE CLASSES at LAT!

✨ Get a firsthand look at the variety of classes we offer - both current favorites and exciting new ones launching in August. There will be short demos of each class, so you can try them out, get a feel for what we offer, and find the perfect fit for your goals.

🥗 Enjoy healthy light refreshments and connect with others in the community who care about fitness, wellness, and giving back.

This is a FREE event and open to everyone - so bring a friend, bring some school supplies, and come see what LAT is all about!
