This workshop is as much about prevention and maintenance as it is about healing. A healthy pelvic floor requires body awareness, flexibility, and strength. This is exactly what you will get when you join me.
After dealing with my own pelvic floor issues, I decided to combine my personal experience with my yoga practice and training (I have completed yoga for pelvic floor training) to bring you this workshop.

Some common symptoms of pelvic floor dysfunction
• lower back problems
• sacroiliac, hip or sciatic pain
• bladder weakness
• digestive, menstrual and sexual difficulties

The female pelvis and the pelvic muscles are an under-appreciated region of the anatomy. Important not only for sexuality, but the pelvic muscles are also crucial for the optimal functioning of the body.

A healthy pelvic floor is more than doing Kegels. You will, however, learn how to do a proper Kegel 🙂
A strong pelvic floor helps keep the pelvic and abdominal organs healthy as we age. While we may have been led to believe that a little leaking when you laugh or sneeze is a normal part of aging, you can do something about it!


We will briefly explore the anatomy of the pelvic floor as well as simple movements and postures that may be affecting the health of your pelvic floor, learning how to correct them.

We will touch on:
• Awareness
• Movement
• Breath
• Relaxation
No Yoga experience necessary! Everyone is welcome. This is an in-person workshop.
