GOLF OUTING:

*Limited to 27 Foursomes*
Includes: Green Fee, Cart, Mulligans, Skins and Lunch following golf Prizes Awarded for Long drive and closest to the pin
Door Prizes and 50/50 Raffles

$300 per team.

All sponsorship opportunities include opportunity for sponsor to supply advertisements, giveaways, or
promotional items to be given to all participants in the 5k and golf outing gift bags.
