October Canning & Preserving Class

Each month we gather to preserve what's in season and learn more about the canning methods. Participants will learn water-bath processing, pressure canning and other methods of preservation. October will be all about preserving apples!
All supplies and equipment are provided, tickets are $25 per person and include a light meal. Class is held from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM to accommodate time needed for pressure canning.
Please bring a small box or thermos to transport your processed jars home!
