Movement Practice Workshop

An open movement practice focused on flow, exploration and embodied awareness.

We work with floorwork, locomotion, soft acrobatics, coordination tasks, object play and improvisation — moving between structure and freedom.

The practice invites curiosity, play and listening to the body.

Sometimes dynamic, sometimes slow — always responsive to the moment.

No fixed sequences, no pressure to perform. Just movement as research.

All levels welcome. No previous experience needed.
