TEXTURED ART MASTERCLASS
Find creative mindfulness through the textured art masterclass with artist Ashlee Capomolla and create a piece of art that you will be proud to hang in your home.
Textured art uses a variety of materials, tools and techniques to create depth in the artwork through physical details such as bumps, grooves, ridges, etc.
Ashlee will guide you through a variety of techniques used to create textured artwork, allowing you to express your creativity. This masterclass includes advanced skills, such as petal work, however all skill levels will be able to perfect this through Ashlee’s easy tips and tricks.
Immerse yourself in modern artwork design that pops off your canvas (the more texture the better).
During this masterclass you will experiment with a variety of textured mediums, learn how to manipulate these materials to create both subtle and dramatic textures. You will use a variety of tools to experiment and find your one style to create your 30 x 40cm framed artwork.
Please note that artwork takes 24-48 hours to dry. Artwork can be left at the studio if you prefer or can be taken home carefully with you.
No previous experience necessary.
This is an adult open age class but is suitable for age 12 plus and no previous experience is necessary however children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a participating adult.
All materials and light refreshments will be provided.
