Whether it’s through friendship, therapy, family, community, or simply being seen and heard, connection gives us the safety to grow 💖

Within this support group, we will identify and understand the challenges that come with addictions and the struggles with mental health. Together, we can create a path of hope and strength to help you move towards your recovery goals ❤

We come together to share our experiences and thoughts in a safe and non-judgemental environment. By sharing our personal journeys, we learn and grow together as we solve the common problem of our behaviours related to addiction and mental health 😊
