Diana facilitates Dancing Freedom 3rd Sat of each Month in North Narrabeen,Billarong reserve community Hall, Overlooking Narrabeen lake with easy parking off Wakehurst Parkway, lakesideSurrounded by nature, with the option to dance outside around a fireDancing Freedom is a Free Form Conscious Medicine Dance. Taking you on an Elemental Wave Dance through Earth, Water, Fire, Air & Ether. Each element provides a unique lens through which participants can explore their physicality, emotions, passions & spiritual dimensions. By embracing the elements, dancers are invited to embark on a holistic journey self-discovery & healing with invitations to release limitations, connect deeply to self and others, celebrating the diverse tapestry of human experience.
