Art Journalling for Wellbeing

Art therapy workshops are a great way to explore creativity, mindfulness and personal expression while connecting with others in a safe supportive space. Workshops are facilitated by our qualified Art Therapist.

Our Art Therapist provides a guiding theme which you can then explore in your own way through the use of art materials. This is a place to develop and maintain mental wellbeing through art making. There will be a focus on therapeutic art journalling, using mixed materials and techniques.

​You are invited to share your artwork, thoughts and feelings if you so choose.
​Groups and workshops are suitable for everyone aged 18 and over.
Art materials and light refreshments provided.
You don't need to have had any previous art experience.

Art Therapy Workshops are not a substitute for personal therapy.​

Where?
Onespace Collective, 63 Bassett Street, Mona Vale, on the Northern Beaches of Sydney.

​When and cost?
Sunday, 2.00-4.00pm

Cost is $50 for 2 hours, including a wide range of art materials (you are also welcome to bring your own materials).
​We have a maximum of 8 people in each group.
