MOMENCE MILE #2!
We at the Department of Health And Fitness Non-profit organization will be hosting the second MOMENCE MILE Health and Fitness run/walk+! BUT GHIS TIME IT WILL BE AN OUTDOOR OBSTACLE COURSE ON THE ISLAND AI ISLAND PARK IN MOMENCE!!! 😲 😱 😲

At our last MOMENCE MILE run/walk we were privileged to have 62 participants, and an awesome time!

Our goal is to grow awareness of the importance of health and fitness, for all ages, aiming to create free services, seeking tax-exempt donations, for those who cannot afford otherwise.

Over time we aim to develop/build a community that is devoted to improving the health of the community, mental and physical!
