NEW CLASS JOINING THE REGULAR TIMETABLE

As of July this class will join the class timetable as an ongoing monthly class!

As a Sports Therapist led course you’ll be taught a lot of anatomy - understanding fascial slings, the musculoskeletal systems, breath work and how to engage the good old “core!”

This class has a maximum of 12 giving individual focus, so all participants know they’re doing the moves correctly. A beginners class but suitable for those who’ve done some pilates before

Bring a mat, a drink and come and have fun exercising in a slow and controlled environment. All levels of fitness can be accommodated but this is mat Pilates which requires you to be able to get down/up off the mat unaided.
