MENOPAUSE STRENGTH

This MENOPAUSE SESSION will take you through a programme of exercises specific to support your menopause journey and will include the latest research education - discussing oestrogen loss, supplements, sleep, cardio and weight gain. The session will end with some mobility exercises and relaxation.

We use bands, weights and other equipment to challenge the moves. All moves are slow and controlled which can be adapted for all fitness levels but this can be a tough class if you choose the hardest level!
