Join me for an uplifting experience of frame drumming as part of a healing circle of likeminded folk. No experience required.
I will lead you in a range of interactive exercises that connect you to the earthy medicine of the drum. I have a limited number of frame drums. If you wish to bring your own, please email me before booking.
