Gaia Sound Bath and Crystal Experience £14

Sound baths are recommended for deep relaxation, stress relief, emptying a busy brain and improving sleep and mood.

What will happen at the Gaia Crystal Sound Bath?
Please bring a yoga mat/blanket and pillow - whatever you need to lie comfortably on the floor for an hour. You are welcome to bring a garden recliner if preferred! Participants are guided to do some deep-breathing and relaxing exercises before the sounds start. When everyone is ready and comfortable, Carolyn will play a combination of instruments that leaves participants washed in waves of sounds. Carolyn works with gongs, crystal singing bowls, drums and various percussion instruments.

Sound healing is a form of vibrational medicine that helps balance all aspects of your being - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. When you are out of balance - that is when you can feel stressed, anxious or out of sorts. Sound healing is about bringing us back in tune.
