Experience Analog Photography—Without the Darkroom!
This workshop is for anyone curious about analog photography—from total beginners to seasoned photographers who miss the smell of developer. Using the Pinsta Camera, a compact all-in-one pinhole camera and portable darkroom, you’ll compose, expose, and develop your own black-and-white photo—right inside the camera.
You’ll learn the basics of pinhole photography, use darkroom chemicals to develop your photos, and walk away with one-of-a-kind images that feel more like small pieces of art than snapshots. All materials and tools are provided.*
Whether you're nostalgic for the past or just ready to try something different, this workshop invites you to slow down, shoot with intention, and rediscover the magic of process-based image-making.
*It’s helpful (but not required) to download a pinhole light meter app before class. For iPhone, we recommend Pinhole Assist. For Android, try Pinhole Assist (if available), Lightme, or Lux Light Meter Free.
