There are 17 special designs that you can choose from and the Tattoos are $50 dollars each…These are first come, first served…There is also a special blessing that Rites of Passage Quad Cities has been given…D&S Appliance Repair LLC has been gracious enough to sponsor 10 people to receive their special Tattoo for FREE!!! Please arrive early to get your spot reserved as this event is very close to many women and mens hearts and is expected to fill up FAST!!!
