This September, the rich creative spirit of the Vale of Clwyd will be on full display as a group of local artists invites the public to experience their work in a vibrant two-day exhibition. On Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th September 2025, at Llanbedr Dyffryn Clwyd Village Hall, LL15 1UP, from 11 a.m. to 5 pm, the Vale of Clwyd Artists, a close-knit group of friends, will be sharing their artistic journeys with the community.
Hailing from the Denbigh and Ruthin area, these talented women— Patricia Lyne, Angela Wright-Davies, Carys Dawson, Carol Wynne, and Karen Parkinson — are united by their love of art and a deep connection to the stunning local landscape that inspires their creativity. Visitors can expect to see a diverse range of work, from the rich textures of oils and the vibrancy of acrylics, to delicate abstract watercolours and intricate printmaking.
What makes this exhibition truly special is that it’s not just about viewing the art—it’s about experiencing it. Throughout the weekend, the artists will be demonstrating their techniques, offering insights into their creative processes and inviting conversation about their work.
Whether you're an art enthusiast, a curious passer-by, or simply looking for an inspiring way to spend the weekend, this exhibition promises something for everyone. The doors are open, the welcome is warm—everybody is invited to come and celebrate the rich artistic talent rooted in the Vale of Clwyd.
Mark your calendars and don’t miss this celebration of colour, creativity, and community spirit!
