Whilst our minds are very good at suppressing traumatic memories, our bodies remember - and hold onto them. This is why it is so important that we cultivate a relationship to our inner world, to grow through and integrate past trauma.

I’ve been there too! And it was Somatics that helped me find my way back — out of my head and into my body — where I could finally feel what I was experiencing, rather than just thinking I was feeling it.
This circle is the first of a series of workshops that invites you to gently come home to yourself.
In this somatic circle, you'll be gently guided to explore:
What your nervous system is and how it affects your daily life
Somatic safety tools you can start using right away
How to relate from the present moment instead of through stories
A group somatic practice to help you reconnect with your body and its needs
I personally believe that understanding your nervous system and learning to connect in the here and now is one of the most powerful and life-changing tools you can know for your journey.

Somatics isn’t about ‘fixing’ you. It’s about gently guiding you back into your body and creating the inner safety needed to truly feel — not just think about feeling.
