Ruthin Triathlon 2025

Medals and goodies for all participants! Chip timing courtesy of Nifty! Well organised, friendly community event in the stunning Vale of Clwyd.

Adult sprint triathlon (7am-11am for over 16s.)
This can also be done as a relay (limited spaces for relay teams).
This involves a 400m pool swim, 24km bike ride to Denbigh and a 5km run on quiet lanes outside Ruthin. This is NOT a closed road event. Adult entries capped to 80 so please enter early to avoid disappointment (and get an early bird discount ;-))

Junior triathlon events (12pm-3pm for ages 8-16)
This involves a pool swim followed by cycle and run route on a grass field. Junior entries capped to 120 so please enter early to avoid disappointment.

Tristars 3 (13-14)
Youth (15-16)

Podium trophies for overall top 3 males and females in each junior category
